Snail mail

The functionality of this app is great, convenient navigation to help with email mgmt. the biggest problem is the long delays required to refresh the new emails feels like snail mail).

Please find a way to speed the refresh of emails, without increasing the requests for review of your app ... very annoying. Thanks for this very useful app!
